Hello Smakcs...welcome to the forum. To start a thread, go to the thread list page for the section in which you wish to have your thread displayed. For example, this forum section we are in right now is the Skin Care Discussion section.
At the top of the thread listings you can click on the "New Thread" button. From there you can fill in the fields to start a new thread and ask a question or submit some info on a topic that is in line with the section's topic.
