| I have try this kind of method to reduce smoking habit first, and finally stop smoking...
1. Never buy cigar. If desperate, just ask for one stick from friend who smoker.
2. Drink a lot of hot lemon tea without sugar everyday.
3. If suddenly your smoking desire come, immediately eat chewing gum or other thing that you can eat.
4. After eat, of course you want to smoke as usual.. but, don't forget to order desert just your meals. ice-cream or else.
