| Re: Red Little Bumps On Upper Arms “I don’t know about the ‘E’ word but as you have described, it seems to be a condition of Keratosis Pilaris. It is a very common skin condition that resembles goosebumps. Small rough bumps appear on the skin primarily on the backside of upper arms, thighs and buttocks. It is otherwise harmless but tends to worsen in the winter months as the skin becomes dry and flaky.
Try using products that include Glycolic acid or lactic acid. Both are them are effective in reducing the situation. Otherwise you can also go in for microdermabrasion to completely get rid of the bumps.
