When do you start to use anti-aging products?
When do you need to use anti-aging creams and products? I know you should start using it at an early age, but at what age? Early 20s? Late 20s?

Early
I think it depends on the type of skin that you have, as well as the other factors such as ammount of time in the sun, and smoking.

Anyway as far as i understand you have better results with aging if you begin to use anti aging products sooner on, as prevention is far more effective than trying to fix a problem that currently exsists.

I would think mid to late 20īs for lighter tones that are affected by the sun, and 30īs for darker tones is an appropriate age to start prevention.

Showing signs of aging usually depends on heredity factors, stress, diet, exposure to sun, alcohol consumption, smoking are just a few factors that could effect the aging process. Nothing can add years to your face like smoking does. The best way to guard against aging is to eat a balanced diet and follow a regular exercise routine. Eat fruits and vegetables that contain plenty of antioxidants. Blueberries, citrus fruits, green tea, green leafy vegetables are excellent sources. Antioxidants work on the cellular level and help control cellular degeneration leading to signs of aging. If you see crow's feet springing up, or fine lines on your face you will know it's time to start using a anti-aging cream. An excellent product that I use called NightSkin contains Vitamins A and C -- both are powerful antioxidants and help to reduce fine lines and help to build collagen and elastin.
