Some user still using the traditional way for anti aging. Like exercising always, drink the plain water and so on. My mum also doing the same way. She take care all about her meals everyday. And also doing the Exercising go to gym or jogging. It help her a bit in anti-aging. What do you think?

Well your mom is doing which is the most ideal thing that is to be done.
Infact thisi is the perfect recipe though I must say that this is only lessen the rate of aging and not reverse it.
