How does fruit help your skin feel younger? I don't get it.

I mean, I know fruit is very healthy for you, and also very tasty, but so are veggies? So how come there aren't any vegetables that help you to feel younger?

I just don't even see how fruit can make you feel younger in the first place...

Can you explain how fruit does this miracle?!
