While junk food tastes great, it has very little nutrition content. It contains a lot of oxidants which causes disturbances in the natural and normal cell functioning.

Just keep telling the "you" in the mirror that if you keep eating junk food, you'll become fat and ugly, and there will be a lot of heath-related problems... You'll soon stop eating junk food!

I've never heard of junk food impacting on how fast you age. But now that you mention it, I'm sure it could have something to do with how fast you age.

If this is true, I'm going to be lookin' old real fast

junk food
I have no proof of this, but i think junk food does affect how you age. I mean if junkfood can cause a teeenager to break out with acne more often, i would assume it can have other effects on the skin as well.
Just form personal observation of friends and family you can see how peoples lifestyles begin to effect their appearance. It doesnt seem to have such an adverse effect as smoking or getting way too much exposure, but they do appear to be older.

could have something to do with oily skin, or stretching skin, etc.

On the other side of things people that heat healthier diets seem to have younger looking skin.... may be something to do with all this anti-oxidant stuff people are talkin about.
