if it is normal if acne happened on me at 26years old ?
This is the problem I met recently, I didn't meet this problem when I was under 20 years old .
So I feel strange and I don't know why this happend on me at this age ?
I want to get married this year, how can I deal with this problem ?

Acne can affect anyone at any age. So it is perfectly normal if you got acne at the age of 26. I think you can resort to photo therapy to deal with your acne problem. The doctor here could advise you better.

Sorry you are having troubles when you didn't before - I've had problems with my skin since I was 13. I'm now almost 47 - a veteran with acne. I've tried a ton of things. Most important is not to panic and use a ton of different products on your skin as that will cause a rebound and make it worse. I like more natural products. I recently started using the Mario Bedescue line and you may want to try them. Drink lots of water - alpha lipoic acid, Vitamin B5, zinc and folic acid have also been extremely helpful for me.

Go to check your hormones because the acne is happen so later. The problem perhaps is in the hormones , especially the testosterone.
