Tell me what Rosacea is please?!

I'm so confused about this. Can somebody please tell me what this "Rosacea" is that you're all talking about?!

Also, what's "Acne Rosacea"?!

Is this some type of skin disease or something? If so, I want to know all about it because it's something I've never heard of before.

I want to be aware of things like this so I know if I am ever in danger of getting something like this.
