Any thing if in extreme can do the damage.Of course, sunlight damages your skin but at the same time, a little sunlight will provide your skin with vitamin D.Too cold weather will leave your skin wrinkled, you have to take good care. One has to take balanced diet to have healthy skin.

Cold temperature damages your skin? Why?

Never heard of this one before...

Although my skin is much clearer in the summer Guess this could explain why...

I think cold weather typically makes for dry air whcih can leave your skin dry and damaged.

You forgot smoking. Smoking constricts the blood vessels in your skin. This cuts down on circulation and your skin will not get the proper amount of nutrients it needs to maintain its health. It ruins the collagen and elastin in your skin, making it more prone to wrinkles. This is not limited to your facial skin either. Also, smoking tends to enlarge your facial pores making you more prone to acne.

I had read somewhere that sunlight makes up for 80% of skin damage, seems like the sun may age us the most.

As far I know not drinking enough water regularly, not using a sunscreen, taking excessive stress may cause damage on skin.

I think spicy and oily food, Pollution, Sunlight and not drinking enough water all are reason of damage skin.
People should to use regular sunscreen, drink water minimum 2 liter at a day, maximum time avoid spicy, oily food.
I also maintain this chart. I hope everybody happy to follow this.
Thank you...

I really appreciate your tips to avoid skin damage or to promote healthy skin. One more I would add to the list is that of smoking. I have so many friends who smoke, and their skin looks so much older and faded out. I agree, sleep and not stressing out is very important for your skin. I know I need to drink more water, I am definitely guilty of not drinking enough water for hydration of the body or skin, but I hope to drink more water instead of soda in the future. Sunscreen is also a great tip, very helpful for healthy skin. Thanks for the tips.Real Estate Marketing
