How pilates differs to say body building is that it builds strength from the inside out, and can have a visibly powerful effect on the shape and even height of our bodies using carefully controlled movements to build a leaner, stronger and more flexible body. It is actually quite a workout and i have seen some great results from it.
Who else partakes?
