How to motivate yourself to exercise?
Are you an exercise buff? Do you think you can't start the day without exercising? My only exercise right now is walking for around 15 minutes each day to the office. That's it. I've tried a lot of exercise programs but I just can't stick to it. How about you? How do you motivate yourself to keep on exercising?

I have the same problem.
I think everyday, then I will start exercising from tomorrow.
But you know, tomorrow never comes.

I also want to know.

You would only need to motivate yourself for the first month. Later you simply can't do without any exercise. I regularly exercise everyday in the morning irrespective of how important that meeting is or how much work i have pending. Exercise makes me feel calm, composed and confident. Exercising with a partner can be beneficial if you are just starting out. You can motivate your partner and he/she can motivate you. That way both of you will get into a regular exercise routine.

I'm with you guys. I can never stick to an exercise routine. I have a step board at home, a taebo video, and an excercise ball. I rarely touch them.
Each time I start exercising it never lasts more than a weak before I stop.
I was contemplating buying a thread mill. But judging from my past behaviour, I know that I would only be spending money on an equipment I might never use.

I used to do that at the gym. I never was too distracted by the TV though when working out simply because I was breaking a sweat and it made me feel really icky.

It's usually hard for me to motivate myself to exercise. I have to give myself a wake-up call that I am fat.

I understand!
But for myself, it feels shorter in front of a program I enjoy...
