It all depends on the cause of alopecia.

For male pattern baldness - we have treatment options like

I don't know if the first two work but i can sure bet on hard weaving. I know about many bollywood film stars like Salman Khan, Himesh Reshamiya etc who have undergone hard weaving to get rid of the bald patches on their head. That treatement is expensive but it works as far as i know. If you have just started out with baldness i would advise massaging your scalp and using lemon drops in water to rinse your hair. Make sure that you mix lemon drops in water before applying them to your hair as lemon drops are nothing but citric acid, so mixing it with water makes it mild.

I think no amount of treatment can help you out.Weaving is the only answer that comes to mind, though it is expesive and painfull affair.
