| | | I do all of the above, except I don't wear make-up, except for mascara, which I don't think has too much of an effect on my skin because it's only on my eyelashes.
I don't pick my face.
I am pretty gentle with cleansing and I wash my face daily.
I don't put sunscreen on, but I do use Clean&Clear moisturizing lotion which has SPF in it, does that count?

| | | That's a real good piece of advice from both of you.
It is said that the face is the window to your body.
Its a mirror image of things happening in your body.
Though this sounds far fetched, it does hold true in some cases

| | | The most important thing to keep in mind in skincare is eating right! Avoid oily foods, too much sugar in the diet. It's hard work but it’s the consistency that's important! Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day and get a good exercise routine going. Exercise helps to improve blood circulation and will keep your pores clean. One of the best natural products you can use is aloe vera. Aloe is known to work gently on the skin. It is an antiseptic, a moisturizer and helps to heal skin. It also has antioxidants. Making aloe a part of your skincare routine, along with a good diet and exercise, will help you have perfect skin! | |

| | | Take 1 peeled cored apple and 1 tablespoon of honey and blend it in food processor until smooth. Apply mixture on face for 15 minutes and wash it off.
Take 1 table spoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of finely ground almonds, 2 tablespoons of dry oath meal, some lemon juice or yogurt. Apply this paste to your face and massage it gently then rinse it with warm water. It's act as a facial scrub.
For silky and luscious skin, add ¼ cup of honey to your hot bath water.
