People always tell me that drinking enough water is needed to hydrate your skin. But I can't seem to make myself drink that much water. 8 glasses of water a day is not an easy feat for me. How about you? Do you think that drinking that much water really helps?
By the way, drinking 8 glasses of water a day doesn't mean that you chug a glass down in one sitting. You can't do that because you will just end up urinating it in a while. You should drink it slowly and I think you should aim at one glass per hour.
Yes , I drink a lot of water to hydrate my skin . I drink almost 6 litres of water daily , that even helps our kidneys in functioningng. A1 litre of water every day early in the morning is always good for the health.
I always drink enough water everyday, and I think I drink too much water per day . I am not sure how much water I drink per day, but it is at least 3000ml. Sometimes I might drink more. So I found my skin really can keep good condition with so much water, but I could not bear any condition without water now, so what it is the problem
I am one of those who rarely gets to drink enough water. I drink like 3-4 full glasses per day. Ive heard it said that drinking a lot of water helps hydrate your skin. I just can get myself to do it. Sometimes I try and it lasts for a day or two and then I get back to my normal routine of a few glass per day.
Guess thats why am prone to acne and or skin problems.
I make sure i have a glass of water whenever i am free. I have to do a lot of decision making in office and I make sure there is a glass of water on my table all the time. I randomly guld down a glass whenever i have nothing to write or scribble. I think I do drink around 8 - 10 glasses of water a day. Also in the morning i drink 2 glasses of lukewarm water which seems to help too.
