How often you do mask?

Will you do mask quite often ?
Do you think it is good to do mask quite often,such as do mask everyday ?
I don't think it is good to your skin if you do mask everyday, and I think it is better to do mask twice per week .
What's your opinions about this ? I usually do mask once per week now.

I do agree that is good to do a face mask but in my opinion is much more important to do an exfoliation procedure before the mask because by this way you remove all the dead skin from your face and then is ready to respond more positively to the benefits of the mask.
I usually do it once a week. (or at least once every 2 weeks).
