Are you eating right?
We should be eating the right kind of foods because this can do more good than any medicine or skin product. A balanced diet should always be eaten. That includes raw foods, plenty of yellow and orange vegetables (they contain beta carotene - a precursor to vitamin A). Also, foods high in sulfur such as garlic, onions, asparagus and eggs are important. Don't forget to eat fruits too.
Do you eat right?

Sure, eating right definetely helps to your skin looking and being healthy.
Also you should always remember to drink plenty of water ( 6-8 glasses daily) and have a regular sleep schedule.
I have noticed that during summertime when I drink more water, my skin improves compared to wintertime.

Yes, I think regular sleep schedule is also important. Not to mention that it will also keep away the dark circles under your eyes.
Good to know that your skin is really better if you drink water. I'm going go grab a glass of water now!

i actually don't check my diet. i just eat what i want to eat. and that even i wanted to have a balanced diet i just don't think of it frequently especially when i am really hungry i just eat what is at the table.

Diet is good but must come along with some exercise and proper sleep schedule.But most important dont forget about your breakfast evertday girls.

You got it right naruts! Sleep is also one of the important factors in getting healthy skin. That's why there is such a thing as beauty sleep. However, sad to say that I don't sleep enough and often sleep late.

I shall try and get some healthy sleep now. I do eat fruits and i exercise too but i have issues with eating vegetables. Will try and get around to eating some vegetable everyday. Also i exercise regularly and hence i do not take much interest in watching what i eat. From now on i would make sure i eat healthy and sleep well.

taking good diet helps in maintance of body and skin without problems
taking coloured fruits and vegetables are important because they contain beta compounds which are also called as antioxydants which are useful to keep man fresh and active

Please balance all your food daily. Maintain all you meal everytime. Do not take food is much in colestrol and much of fat. Your skin will always looking good.

yes, you are right..
nowadays eating the food non-veg, there is so many problems like fat, some diseases also...
i request all, don't eat too much non veg like meat, chicken....
