| Are you eating right? We should be eating the right kind of foods because this can do more good than any medicine or skin product. A balanced diet should always be eaten. That includes raw foods, plenty of yellow and orange vegetables (they contain beta carotene - a precursor to vitamin A). Also, foods high in sulfur such as garlic, onions, asparagus and eggs are important. Don't forget to eat fruits too.
